Selection of safety equipment for hot water and steam

To ensure safety when using hot water and steam in production areas, we need to select a valve that allows hot water and steam to be discharged by holding the valve handle; once the handle is released, the valve closes automatically, thereby stopping the flow of hot water or steam. Do any of you have any good recommendations?
I’ve never seen a valve like this. Both pneumatic and electric valves can be operated by pressing a button to open them, and they close automatically when the button is released; the problem is that they are too expensive. For steam valves that are opened and closed frequently, a globe valve is the one that can be shut off reliably. I asked someone in this field to take a look at this post.

Haha, a steam valve with an automatic reset function will do; there are ones with weights, springs, cylinders, and hydraulic cylinders as well
