Problem with inclined screw feeding

This post was last edited by zzz_886 on 2016-5-19 at 15:27. A screw conveyor was selected, but the owner reported that material feeding is not working; the reason is unknown. I hope experts can provide some guidance. Screw model: LS630-14x71-M1, inclination angle: 27 degrees, material to be conveyed: calcium carbide slag, particle size: ≤3mm; it is essentially in a powdered form. The feed inlet is a screw feeder: LS630-6x40-M1. The output connects to a calcium carbide slag slurry tank, which is used for preparing the slurry.
It’s possible that the motor wires are connected in reverse, or the rotation direction of the screw is incorrect
Check whether the material in the feed inlet is being discharged
I need to verify the issue with the motor cable with the owner tomorrow. Thank you.
