I would like to ask whether the emergency shut-off valves at the inlet and outlet of storage tanks can be installed within the fire dike, and whether there are any relevant regulatory requirements regarding their installation location. Please help me with this
Our original cut-off valves were located outside the fire dike at the pump inlet, but when the safety inspection team came to check, they required us to add more of them inside the cofferdam
