Chemical cleaning technology primarily uses inorganic cleaners, organic cleaners, and composite cleaners to carry out comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Specifically, a mixed solution consisting of a chemical cleaner at a specified concentration, along with corrosion inhibitors and surfactants, is used to remove the dirt and deposits accumulated on thermal equipment and pipes, thereby achieving an optimal cleaning effect. After cleaning, a passivation film can be formed on the metal surface as needed. Phosphating technology is a process in which chemical and electrochemical reactions are used to form a phosphate-based chemical conversion coating; the coating resulting from this process is known as a phosphating coating. The main purpose of phosphating is to provide protection for the base metal, thereby preventing corrosion of the metal to a certain extent ; Used as a primer before painting to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint coating ; It is used as an anti-friction lubricant in metal cold working processes. Phosphating is a commonly used pretreatment technique; in principle, it falls under chemical conversion coating treatment. It is mainly applied to the phosphating of steel surfaces, and can also be used for non-ferrous metal parts such as aluminum and zinc. Pre-coating technology: Pre-coating, also known as chemical conversion coating, is a type of protective layer for the surfaces of metal equipment and pipes. In particular, pipes that have undergone pickling and passivation can be protected using this pre-coating method. The requirements for carrying out pre-coating are similar to those of the pickling process. Metal cooling equipment in chemical enterprises is generally subjected to anti-corrosion pre-coating treatment before it is put into normal operation. The method involves treating the cleaned metal surface with a high-concentration corrosion inhibitor solution to form a complete corrosion-resistant protective film. During normal operation, maintaining a low concentration of corrosion inhibitor is sufficient to maintain and repair the protective film. Pre-coating is more economical and effective than using high-concentration corrosion inhibitors directly. Physical cleaning technology: Physical cleaning is a type of professional cleaning method that involves using physical means to remove dirt from the surface of materials. Physical cleaning methods all share one common feature: they are efficient, non-corrosive, safe, and environmentally friendly. In many cases, physical cleaning involves dry cleaning, which eliminates the problem of wastewater treatment. Physical cleaning causes less environmental pollution and less harm to workers’ health, and it also does not cause any corrosive damage to the substrate being cleaned. The most widely used physical cleaning method today is high-pressure water jet technology.
