Generally, poor operating conditions of the ion membrane in later stages lead to high hydrogen content in chlorine; the solution is to replace the ion membrane.
It’s possible that the increase in concentration is caused by the leakage of individual ion membranes； If the increase is significant, it is best to stop the machine and perform a membrane leak test.
A high hydrogen content in the main pipe indicates a leak in the ion membrane. To ensure safe operation, the ion membrane should be replaced as soon as possible based on the analysis results; otherwise, safety accidents are likely to occur.
It could be that the ion membrane has leaked, or its treatment quality is poor; alternatively, the hydrogen content might be too high, preventing the normal treatment volume from meeting the requirements. In such cases, it may be necessary to adjust the treatment volume or replace the ion membrane.
