@boyirensheng @ckwcba @waaabc @Fish_in_the_desert @Sammy_Wang Hello everyone, I recently encountered a sonic nozzle that, based on its P&ID diagram, appears to be a globe valve similar to a safety valve – except that there is no diameter change before or after the valve. Does this nozzle also need to be installed with a standpipe, just like a safety valve? It would be great to have a view, thank you.
That account isn’t used very often, due to a bunch of subsequent problems caused by slow internet speeds. . . I’ve never seen this type of nozzle; there are materials from which images can be obtained.
I looked up information later and found that it is a corner valve, used for pressure reduction. It’s useful for natural gas production trees. I don’t have any pictures either, thanks

The CHOKE VALVE, also known as a throttle valve of API6A type, is designed in accordance with the requirements of SY/T5127-2002, API Spec 6A, and API Spec 16C.
