I remember when we were young, teachers would always assign us to write diaries, in either Chinese or English. Do you still write diaries? I realize that it might be a good habit for various reasons, such as improving language skills, helping to relieve stress, or keeping one calm. I’m not sure. These days, it’s not easy for us to maintain inner peace; we’re attracted by all kinds of temptations, like me, who is addicted to online shopping. I’m sorry about that; I almost forgot those unfamiliar words and had to use a dictionary to help me. So perhaps I need this good platform to improve my writing skills and more. Is there anyone interested in this idea and willing to develop such a good habit?
I think you’re a lovely girl, and I like online shopping too, haha~~ I used to have the habit of keeping a life diary during my college days. But now I keep a work diary; I find taking care of my baby to be more interesting
It’s not a bad idea to write a diary in English the way you like it, that way:).
NOW, I ALWAYS WRITE WORK'S DIARY. IT IS VERY IMPOTENT FOR WORK.
Oh, lovely mother, naughty child – fantastic. I never write a diary unless my teachers ask me to. These days, I prefer to update my WeChat account. It’s a good idea to record what you like, what you hate, and any other thoughts, especially those related to children and various opinions.
No, I don’t have this habit.
Writing a diary in English is a good way to improve English skills
Hi, I’m one of your followers. I think it’s a good habit to record anything memorable, especially in English for those who love the language. The issue is that I often feel frustrated when trying to improve my English. Once I reach a certain level, I use English frequently for work, in teleconferences or emails; it’s fine for me since I’m familiar with both the content and the speakers. They also make an effort to speak at a steady pace so that I can keep up. However, it isn’t always the case – when the topic is new or the speaker has a strong accent or speaks quickly, it becomes difficult. What’s the problem? How can I overcome this? Please give me some good advice
June 15th: I’m so, so happy that so many of you responded to me with such enthusiasm. I’m so excited that I even forget I’m here early in the morning, just starting my work to carry out my tasks. That’s what I said – to develop a new habit and get rid of meaningless things as a reminder of my determination. Last weekend, I read a small portion of a book; it contained some words that inspired me. I’m determined to stay connected with the English language, whether by listening to a few minutes of English news or by writing a short paragraph, even if it’s just one sentence. Do you understand what I mean? It’s quite difficult to express certain things clearly. Is it clear now?
Lovely, heihei, thanks – that idea came to me a long time ago. I’m not good at keeping a work diary; these days I feel distracted by various tasks. I’m working on improving this situation. It’s a shame that my work experience isn’t more professional given how many years I’ve been working. I hope things will improve soon~ I tend to lose my memory easily, probably due to lack of sleep – my child is restless and wakes up frequently, often four times throughout the night. I can no longer find any joy in anything because I’m too exhausted. Enjoy your time, and thank you for your lovely reply.
