I’m a beginner and don’t understand what the seat bag angle is; why must it be 120 degrees? Is it okay if it’s more than 120 degrees? For example, can I set it to 127 degrees? Why? ? Thank you to all the teachers.
The standard angle is 120 degrees or 150 degrees; if you design it at 127 degrees, you need to specify the reference saddle standard, and the manufacturer will produce it according to your requirements. Since everyone generally follows the standards, and the stress strength meets the requirements, why create one’s own approach?

You can make it 720 degrees as well; only Yao can do the calculations. Of course, it also depends on whether it’s cost-effective, how troublesome the production is, whether the structure is reasonable, and so on.
The larger the wrap angle, the better, as it results in greater stress on the equipment; angles of less than 120 degrees are also acceptable, only there is no corresponding calculation factor specified in current standards. Additionally, the stress levels in this case are not very good, and it is not recommended to use saddles with angles below 120 degrees, considering factors such as cost.
