What will happen if the thickness of the base ring of the skirt is insufficient, say, significantly insufficient?
If the thickness of the foundation ring of the skirt base is insufficient, especially by a significant margin, it can lead to deformation or damage of the foundation ring, and even to the collapse of the tower equipment; therefore, there are minimum thickness requirements for the foundation ring plates of tower equipment.

I wonder if we should consider the possibility that the civil engineering foundation cannot bear any more load The equipment collapsed; was it due to the thin foundation ring being compressed and deformed, or was it caused by instability at the bottom?
