I have a question: Can the outlet of the pump be connected directly to the feed inlet of the centrifuge?
It is not allowed for the vibration frequencies of two units to reach a certain level, as this can lead to resonance and cause severe damage to the units.
Add a flexible connection and feed at the required pressure
If your feed rate is stable, it can be connected directly. But I think that even when connecting directly, you still need to set up some kind of piping; it is recommended to use flexible connections for vibration isolation. When the feed from the centrifuge is unstable or there are issues with the centrifuge itself, vibrations can be quite high, and these vibrations should not affect your feed pump.

For this issue, it is necessary to use soft connections for isolation. From a process perspective, centrifuges require frequent adjustment of the feed rate, and having the pump connected directly is not conducive to this operation; of course, variable frequency or mechanical speed control can be used, but a buffer tank makes control easier
