Some domestic fertilizer production facilities have been shut down for a long time. With the current weak urea market, will there be any improvement?
The overall trend is that there won’t be much improvement, though there may be some improvements in certain areas. Considering how to adjust the product structure is the best approach!
The current selling price on the market is over 50 yuan per 50 kg; considering this price, it’s quite low
As you said, the price of urea in your area is indeed a bit low. In our market in Yunnan, the price of urea remains around 60–70 yuan per 50 kilograms. Compared to previous years, this represents a significant drop in price. If there’s no better solution, switching to the production of organic compounds instead of inorganic ones, such as allantoin or urea phosphate and other chemical products, could be an option. :lol
The general trend is that there won’t be much improvement. Currently, small devices are in use; old devices perform well since they have no financial costs, and they continue to operate normally. Large and new devices, on the other hand, suffer from poor performance due to financial expenses such as depreciation and loans, which forces them to stop operating. The push to use larger devices instead of smaller ones represents a contradiction
The market for high-end water-soluble fertilizers still has potential
This price is really concerning; we are currently working on a 300,000-ton urea project
Where is your 300,000-unit device?
The ex-plant price of urea in the northwest region is below 1,000/T; it seems that this price has reached its bottom! It is said that natural gas prices are about to rise! ! Coal prices are rising too! !
The focus now is on improving internal capabilities, reducing energy consumption and waste, and optimizing management; it seems there will still be a long time before production capacity can be reduced
