The SC4 pipeline suffers from severe water hammer; how to deal with it?

Currently, after the unit was put into operation, water hammer in the SC4 pipeline is severe. So, what should be done in such a situation? Thank you
In this type of problem, gas is generated within the medium; adding degassing agents may help, and that’s what is done with steam
SC4 should be S4 steam condensate. Generally, condensate is saturated water; therefore, when condensates at different temperatures are mixed together, the condensate at the lower temperature will vaporize within the pipes, resulting in water hammer in those pipes. Water hammer can be eliminated by increasing the condensate pressure, as raising the pressure increases the saturation temperature of the water; when the condensate temperature is below this temperature, water hammer will not occur naturally
Steam condensate with large temperature differences is discharged separately.
