Today there was another argument because of the child’s issues; grandparents can’t stand to see the child cry, and whenever the child cries we get scolded! Try to restrain yourself from now on; at the very least, make sure not to start a fire, let alone add fuel to it!
Haha, then where is your authority as parents? Children shouldn’t be spoiled like this; one should deal with things as they are, and the elderly should still speak up when necessary.
Kids are really hard to control these days; you say something and they reply with several sentences of their own, each one more annoying than the last. What do you say we do?
There are no children at the moment, so it’s better not to let grandparents take care of them. Intergenerational relationships can be problematic. My classmate’s father said, “That’s our only source of comfort; are you going to take that away from us too?” :L
It’s really hard to decide! Due to various constraints, sometimes it’s necessary to take them to the elders’ place for supervision~~~ This is also the tragedy and reality of those who work in the Chinese style!
If you learn how to take care of yourself, then you will know how to teach children. If you give way to the elderly, the children will give way to you! That's all there is to it.
I still remember once when my little niece ate a piece of \"Many Fish\" and became greedy; she insisted on having more. She said to my dad while we were in bed, \"I want to eat it. If you don’t buy it for me, I won’t wear my shoes.\" My dad quickly went to find out where it could be bought, and then asked my brother to go get it. My brother wanted to change into other clothes, but my dad said, \"What’s the point of changing clothes? Just take the money with you.\"
Haha, that’s how the elderly feel! Fearing to be slow, anything that relates to the child must be done right away!
Just keep a positive mindset; what else can you do?
Then your brother went out on the street in his pajamas. :funk:
Personally, I think the elderly should not get involved in a child’s education; it’s fine for them to take care of daily matters, but they must not be allowed to interfere in how the child is taught.
