Regarding tees and branch pipe bases

In the design of natural gas transmission stations, a colleague mistakenly designed the 800x350 tee as a branch pipe fitting. The components have now arrived, and I would like to ask the experts: will this have any impact on ball cleaning?
Standard tee? Should I make a hole in the supervisor as well? If it’s the latter, then compare the size of the holes!
The key is to ensure that the pipe flanges and welds at the opening made by the supervisor do not extend into the main pipe. The inner wall can be appropriately polished.
The branch pipe fitting should be socket-welded, right? There’s absolutely no problem with this……
The tees used for passing balls are usually fence tees; I’m not sure if this one is one of those
