Precautions for maintaining the level gauge of the waste boiler equilibrium vessel
Insulation is key; in winter, as long as it’s not too cold, that’s fine.
It malfunctioned a few times; after calibration, it gave normal readings, but it could not provide accurate readings once the temperature and pressure increased. The reason for the inspection was a problem inside the balance vessel. Wasn’t the balance vessel tested and found to be qualified before leaving the factory?
There are usually no problems with the balance chamber. I’m not sure how you carry out the calibration; there must be an issue with that process. When calibrating, was there liquid inside the pressure sensing tube on the gas phase side? The gas phase part of a two-chamber system should be filled with liquid, while the liquid phase is used for floating calibration. Find a diagram to understand the principle; also, after increasing the temperature and pressure, either there isn’t much difference, or it’s due to changes in the density of the liquid. I don’t know if yours is a dual-balanced or single-balanced design; there are also differences among dual-balanced structures, so take a look at the drawings and study them
