There are too many mosquitoes; it’s hard to sleep

Does anyone have a good way to get rid of mosquitoes? Mosquito coils and mosquito repellent lamps – they just don’t seem to work well; they don’t achieve the desired results! Would a mosquito net be better?
The air conditioner is on, set at 16 degrees. Done.

My experience: Set the air conditioner to 24 degrees (provided it can cool the room), and in summer I can cover myself with a blanket; the text on the screen also hardly moves at that temperature.
All year round, it’s just mosquito nets – safe and pollution-free.
It seems that lowering the temperature is a good solution; other methods don’t work!

Keep some geckos, frogs, toads, and things like that. What was mentioned upstairs is too energy-consuming. You can sew a sleeping bag, put the whole body inside it, leaving only space for the nose and eyes, and then cover that area with mesh.

I think mosquito nets are the most environmentally friendly.
I used an electric mosquito repellent at the construction site, and it seemed to work quite well
