There is a pressure vessel, and now a tank area is being built; it is planned to reuse this existing vessel. If I replace the storage medium and use it at normal pressure, are there any procedures that need to be followed?
Atmospheric pressure containers are not subject to supervision and inspection, and no procedures are required.
Even when used at a reduced level, if it can be used continuously without issue, no procedures are required (except for change management procedures); however, containers that are to be reused after being taken out of use should undergo inspection first.
There are more and more maintenance tasks these days; those who know about them please let me know. I know that the maintenance of pressure vessels must be supervised
I think it’s also necessary to understand the properties of the replacement media, especially those that are toxic; they still need to be tested before they can be reused

If you are no longer using it as a pressure vessel, go ahead and cancel its registration.
A cancellation change is required; otherwise, it will still be treated as a pressure vessel.
It should be a cancellation and change process; then, there would be no need for supervision and inspection under normal pressure conditions
