The personnel on duty are assigned by the heads of various functional teams within the command center, who also remain on duty there. The duty hours are determined based on the progress of the maintenance work, as decided at the maintenance coordination meetings. 2. The personnel on duty at the command post carry out their responsibilities on behalf of the various functional teams of the maintenance command post during their shift. 3. During the shutdown for maintenance of the facility, all construction units must implement a 24-hour on-site duty system to enable timely handling of on-site issues and maintain order at the construction site. The on-duty personnel should remain in constant contact with the command center, and promptly coordinate and report on the progress of repairs, as well as matters related to quality, safety, and proper construction practices. 4. All units under inspection must also implement a 24-hour on-site duty system during maintenance work, in order to cooperate with the construction units to carry out the shutdown maintenance properly. 5. The duty personnel must remain at their posts, handle and coordinate promptly all issues that arise during maintenance work, and report major problems to the leadership of the command center without delay.
