Definitely not; nitrogen sealing only reduces the emission of harmful gases, but it cannot prevent it
The discharge rate and volume during loading need to be addressed
We use nitrogen sealing mainly to prevent air from being drawn in under negative pressure; when exhaling under positive pressure, the air should be discharged in a sealed manner, or recovered/absorbed before being released into the atmosphere.
It depends on the medium; those with moderate levels were simply discharged, and I haven’t encountered cases with high levels yet. But I think an absorption mechanism should be added.
Previous devices did not have this feature; many of the devices that have been built nowadays are being modified, one reason being to improve the quality of the working environment and another due to external environmental protection pressures
It should involve adsorption or oil vapor recovery. Could you explain what that exactly entails? Is it under focused supervision?
The requirements are higher now; at first it was impossible, but later ways were found.
This needs to be taken into account in all new designs; even the odor from sewage treatment has to be dealt with
Another point to consider is the function of the breather valve: under normal conditions, exhaust gases are discharged into the exhaust system, and the breather valve serves only for safety purposes; generally, there is no need to equip it with absorption or washing functions. It has nothing to do with the nitrogen seal; the nitrogen seal is used for explosion prevention.
