Questions about the relay dry contacts and 24V contacts?

Dear experts, how are the dry contacts of relays and the 24V output defined?
A dry contact means there is no electricity on the contact. It is generally likely to be electrical power supply. 24V output means that 24V is applied across the output contacts. It is commonly used on solenoid valves.

Oh, power is supplied to the output contacts; in other words, the relay coil needs to be powered both by the dry contact and by the 24V output? Is no 24V provided at the output of the dry contact relay contacts?
