What measures has your organization taken to prevent heatstroke and reduce heat in the summer?

Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills were distributed, one box per person, mung beans were given as well; ice cream was provided when the workload at the repair site was high
Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui, Rendan, and cooling oil are provided, and air conditioning is available. There will be no high-temperature fee then.
Heat prevention medications were provided, along with two bottles of salted soda per person per day. There’s also the high-temperature fee.
We don’t have a charge for high temperatures, so we just gave out three boxes of drinks :(
From 1 to 7, our unit is working on all of them.........
In our company, the high-temperature allowance is provided for 4 months, namely June, July, August, and September. Depending on the working environment, it ranges from 150 yuan to 300 yuan per month, with three different levels: the lowest amount is for those in environments with air conditioning, while those working in areas with high temperatures (such as boiler rooms or reaction areas) receive the highest amount. On-site barley tea and salt soda, cucumber soup and ice cream in the cafeteria ； Tea, cooling balm, Rendan, peppermint oil, and Mosquito Bite Repellent are distributed according to the work teams ； One box of ice tea or Wanglaoji per person per month.
Salted soda, tea, mung bean soup, high-temperature fee； No holidays, no rest.
So far, 11 people have voted; 8 organizations have provided heat-relief medications, while 9 organizations have prepared drinks such as mung bean soup and ice-cold sodas to help employees stay cool. When the indoor temperature exceeds 33 degrees, it is considered high-temperature work, and it is necessary to arrange working hours appropriately； Above 37 degrees, one can only work for 6 hours ； Above 40 degrees, work must be stopped. Of course, according to the regulatory requirements, there are specific time limits on the operating intensity at different temperatures ； However, in high-temperature environments, providing air-conditioned rooms for employees not only ensures compliance with laws but also reduces the incidence of heatstroke and sick leave. :):)
The company’s performance isn’t good, and no measures have been taken. However, since it was indoors, everyone felt good.
Prepare cooling ointments, menthol rubs, salt soda water, barley tea, mung bean soup, and ice cream. At the production site, provide air-conditioned rooms for workers to use in order to stay cool.
