1) The backrest wheels are properly connected, the protective covers are secure, the transmission chains and belts are in good condition and reliable, the foot screws are firm, and the motor’s grounding wire is in good order； The emergency button is intact ； 2) The lubricating oil level is normal, and the oil quality is satisfactory ； 3) The fan bearing thermometer is intact ； All lubricating oil stations are operating normally ； 4) The oil levels, oil temperatures, and oil pressures of each hydraulic coupling are normal. 5) The cooling water for each auxiliary machine flows smoothly, with sufficient water volume ； 6) The maintenance personnel have indeed left the unit as well as the air and flue ducts ； 7) To prevent mechanical binding, the machine should be rotated two times as a test before starting ； 8) The inlet and outlet dampers of the associated fan are in place, and the transmission mechanism operates smoothly ； 9) The enclosures of auxiliary machines and motors should have clear indicators indicating the direction of rotation ； 10) Once the above checks are completed and the insulation is found to be satisfactory, power can be supplied.
