The pulse valve used for injection fails to return to its original position after use; it keeps releasing gas after injection. When the air outlet is blocked with the hand, the gas flow stops for a while, but gas leakage occurs again after the next injection. What’s going on and how can this be fixed?
The pilot valve at the top of the pulse valve is broken; just replace it.
To replace the pilot, the gas supply must be shut off; the gas supply along that line can be stopped before making the replacement. However, replacing the coil does not require shutting off the gas supply.
There is an air outlet hole on the valve cover of the electromagnetic pulse valve. When the pulse valve opens, air rushes out; when it closes, almost no air is emitted. If the air output remains high when the valve should be closed, it is a fault with the pilot valve of the solenoid valve ； Otherwise, it is a diaphragm issue; primarily, aging causes uneven elasticity around the diaphragm, which results in the valve disc not being in the correct position when it closes.
