FS-213-207*5 A1D1-S: What is the material of A1D1-S? Please help, experts
I checked online and it seems to be Q235B, but for similar pipelines Q345R is used; I’m completely confused
Go and check the material specification sheet for this project.
By looking at the process homepage diagram, it’s easy to understand what each part means
It’s just that all the relevant information is missing; if it were available, there would be no need to ask for help
Generally, the first page of a PID diagram shows what each symbol represents!
The design institute should provide a material grade table, or include descriptions of the materials in the diagram on the first page.
There should be a material specification table; it might also be some kind of symbol used by an individual. 360 didn’t reveal anything either, and I don’t quite understand it either
This A1D1S is one of the material grade classifications listed in the design institute’s material table when designing projects for your company; you can find it by checking the material registration form.
This depends on the image on the home page or the instructions for preparing the pipeline material grade table, as the specifications for pipeline numbers vary from one design institute to another. A may refer to cast iron or silicon cast iron, 1 could indicate a pressure rating of 1 MPA, D might denote alloy steel as the material, and S could mean socket connection.
