Why can’t the Jiangsu GreenTong S4000TH-II set a high alarm level?

A S4000TH-II point-type hydrogen sulfide gas detector was used, but the concentration wouldn’t rise during testing. Of the 10 probes, one was used to test with a 50PPM test gas, but the maximum concentration that could be reached was 13PPM. Calibration failed twice; it gets stuck at CP (calibrating), and F2 is displayed after failure. Replacing the probe and circuit board didn’t help either; the power supply to the probe was measured to be normal. The connected system is HONEYWELL’s FSC. Could everyone help analyze what might be the reasons why the probe concentration doesn’t increase?
I can only find the alarm code for combustible gas; try to see if it works – just clean the probe with a small brush! My structure is a bit different from yours! Also, the gauge pressure is half of the range! ! ! ! F2: Dirty optical path. 1. Clean the viewfinder. 2. Remove obstructions in the infrared optical path. 3. Reset calibration again
