The basic sequence of steps is as follows: 1. Turn on the circulating water unit； 2. Turn on the instrument air unit ； 3. Introduce low-pressure steam into the unit if conditions permit; otherwise, activate the chemical water treatment unit, and then start the boiler using steam (in some units, this is referred to as a quick-boiling boiler) ； 4 Motor-driven open air separation unit ； 5. In the partial oxidation process, the gasifier is heated up, a methanol washing cycle is carried out, the liquid nitrogen washing step is used to collect the accumulated liquid, the shift reactor is heated to activate the catalyst, and the synthesis tower is heated to activate the catalyst as well ； Feed the 6 gasifiers to gradually establish the entire process flow.
