As the environment continues to deteriorate and hazardous waste is managed in an unregulated manner, **the oversight of such waste is becoming increasingly stringent. As a result, the pressure on various entities that generate hazardous waste is also growing. Proper management of this waste and passing inspections are tasks that we must address urgently; understanding and interpreting the relevant regulations is key to accomplishing these tasks. Such enterprises shall establish a system for addressing the responsibilities related to preventing environmental pollution from hazardous waste, specifying the roles and responsibilities of the relevant persons and departments. The departments responsible for these tasks should include at least those in charge of environmental protection, production, and finance. It is necessary to define the control requirements and measures for each department regarding the generation, storage, and transfer of hazardous waste, as well as the requirements for funding the disposal of such waste. Additionally, reward and penalty systems should be established.
