How long does it take to get an assessment result for an assistant engineer?

Dear sea friends, our company conducts assessments for the title of assistant engineer in June 2015 – when will I be able to obtain this title? If I want to check whether I have become an assistant engineer, where should I go for information?
For an assistant engineer, certificates aren’t very useful; you don’t need them when applying for the intermediate level. It is estimated that it will not be available until around the Spring Festival.
Different places have different times; it’s best to check with the local authorities. I got it rated in Tangshan; I started filling out the forms in December and received the certificate in March. Those who are upstairs said that it’s okay if you don’t have this qualification at the intermediate level; maybe it’s due to differences between different regions. Here, it’s not acceptable if you don’t have the title of assistant engineer – even those who haven’t worked as an assistant for 4 years yet don’t qualify.
Is a medium rating acceptable? Is there anything I need to prepare in advance? I have been working for 3 years
