Dear sea friends: I have a Class A unit framework here, measuring 15*30 meters, with 4 floors (the floor slabs are patterned boards); its floor area is approximately 450 square meters, and it has a fire resistance rating of Grade 2. According to Table 3.3.1 for buildings, if calculated as a multi-story building, my floor area would be 2,250 m2, which exceeds the allowed limit. I heard that it can be calculated on a per-layer basis, with levels above the second being counted as operating platforms, so that the area limit isn’t exceeded. Here, let’s discuss whether it is feasible to consider more than two layers based on the operation platform, and if there are any special requirements for the platform

I suggest you not call it a building; that’s just asking for trouble. Call it a structure instead.
If a code refers to everything as buildings, then you must comply with that code. If a specification uses terms for both buildings and structures, the so-called structures need not be considered as buildings. In 50016, structures can be discussed
