I’m thinking that in order to reduce the risk of the catalyst becoming deactivated due to water vapor, could we use natural gas instead for lifting the catalyst? ? ? Could the seniors give some advice? ? ?
Self-produced dry gas is better, as at least the pressure and flow rate are stable.

Using natural gas instead of domestically produced dry gas is a huge waste; why is the pressure of domestically produced dry gas unstable? This situation is quite rare.
Our factory uses dry gas, so there’s no instability
800,000 tons per year: originally using steam technology, now converted to dry gas lift with catalyst for improved stability.
Using dry gas as a pre-lifting medium is not a new technique in catalysis; it is a fairly mature application that can be improved. Natural gas is indeed being wasted, and it is recommended that the person in question address the issue at its source – why is the dry gas unstable? There are fluctuations; resolving the issue with dry gas fluctuations is beneficial for stable absorption operations, dry gas desulfurization processes, as well as for the pre-heating of dry gas.
