There’s a problem with the XiBe actuator

The actuator of Xibei is a 380V power supply. Controlled via PLC on WinCC, based on historical curve records. The given value and the feedback value do not match. The first time, the given value changes while the feedback value remains unchanged. Later, the given value moves, while the feedback value moves in the opposite direction. But it doesn’t malfunction all the time; sometimes switching between manual and automatic mode fixes it. The motor assembly gets quite hot. I don’t know why. When it was in motion, I checked and the indicator lights of the actuator were all fine; the second light should have lit up, indicating that the actuator should rotate in the normal direction, but it rotated in the opposite direction instead
Are there any issues with the setup of the actuator, and with the setting of the forward and reverse actions?
It’s so disappointing; not many people answered either.
It’s likely that the settings for the electric actuator are incorrect; try recalibrating it and then give it another attempt
