It has only been half a year since I signed the employment contract, and suddenly the boss said that the economy is poor, the company’s performance is not good, and the positions need to be restructured. Then they simply gave me a regular basic salary... Does the boss’s arbitrary behavior mean that the contract signed back then is essentially useless?:Q
I’ll consult the relevant legal authorities~ It seems that it shouldn’t be possible to reduce salaries so casually~~

I think the same; it’s so disgusting
If that’s the case, then what’s the use of those contracts signed back then?
You can refuse a job transfer; either there is no transfer or you will be compensated to leave the job
It’s not me. When the contract was first signed, it was stated that the role would involve both technical work and sales tasks. But yesterday it was said that the main responsibility would be sales. Since there’s no need for technical expertise now, the base salary has been reduced by half, with commissions added on top. But in their industry, products can’t even be purchased these days, so where are those commissions supposed to come from?
Your salary is usually not specified in the contract; it’s generally discussed privately between HR and you. During this period, our company is already in a semi-new state, and if everyone’s salary is reduced, there’s nothing you can do about it, unless you decide to leave~~~
I think so; I remember him saying that at the time, and it’s all written down. Otherwise, how could one sign casually?
We use standardized contracts for all of these~~~~~
But the contract should at least specify the method of salary settlement, as well as the amount of the base salary and so on
