The workshop made adjustments to the work teams; alas, I had to leave my familiar team
When I first started working, I thought it would be good to continue working in the same team I was familiar with. In fact, I later changed teams, and I found that it was also good – I got to meet different people and learn various work skills. Later on, when I took on a management role, I realized that these experiences were truly useful.
The camp remains firm, but the soldiers keep changing. It’s also good to change around; one can learn the advanced knowledge from another team. It’s also a great way to get to know new colleagues; it’s an excellent experience.
The turnover of technicians is very high; one must get used to different environments in order to grow quickly and be able to work independently.
