As the title suggests, I used to only be aware of state functions; what do state parameters mean?

Concentration and equilibrium constants seem to have nothing to do with thermodynamics. Also, if the professional exam also consists of multiple-choice questions, is there points for selecting fewer options, while there are no points for selecting too many or incorrect options?
I still think only A is correct. As I understand it, thermodynamic functions should represent macroscopic thermodynamic properties, such as enthalpy, entropy, and internal energy; free energy also falls into this category. Regarding thermodynamic parameters, these should refer to the reference variables in a function; for example, temperature is a parameter that indicates whether the internal energy is changing.
