It will restart immediately after a power surge; before starting up during a power outage, it is necessary to find out the reason and seek approval from the dispatch team, as well as to determine the scope of devices that will be powered again. It’s not advisable to start the equipment casually when the power supply capacity is insufficient; if all units were started at the same time, the starting current would be too high. For many of our pumps with high power ratings, it’s necessary to inform the substation before starting or switching them on, and sometimes it’s required to adjust the load between the plant’s transformer No. 1 and No. 2 in advance before allowing such startups ； And it is also necessary to coordinate the operations of the plants upstream and downstream. If the plant that supplies materials to you has not yet resumed operation, it’s useless to get anxious; similarly, if the plant that receives the materials from you has not started working, you may not be able to deliver your products either.
It is necessary to handle each load according to its conditions; for those loads that allow short-term restarts, it is advisable to install surge protection devices.
