1. How can the learning abilities of young workers be improved? What aspects should be focused on to meet the needs of the work site?
I think the key lies with oneself: first, you need to be willing to learn; second, you need a skilled mentor who is happy to teach; third, there should be a positive learning atmosphere around you that encourages others to strive for improvement.

To take me as an example, from not understanding anything when I first started to becoming somewhat proficient after some time, I did the following things: 1. I was interested in the tasks associated with my position and willing to learn, using the training materials provided by the company as well as information I found online. 2. When I didn’t understand something, I would ask for help; if I couldn’t figure out the drawings or documents, I would ask my senior colleagues. Once I understood it, I took the documents with me to the site to compare them on the spot; if there was anything I didn’t understand, I would take a colleague with me to ask questions there. You need to have thick skin. 3. If you are working in a manufacturing environment, figure out the general process flow first before starting to learn anything, and then tackle each aspect step by step, from the principles to the equipment. 4. Develop the habit of actively learning and asking questions when you don’t understand something. 5. Learn to summarize what you’ve learned during the learning process, so as to find methods that suit you.
What was said upstairs is quite good. I believe the best approach for beginners to learn * is: theory—practice—theory—practice. First, learn about the basic processes and key equipment, then go to the site to explore things on the ground and learn how to operate there. Once on-site operation is mastered, return to study the theory further, combining it with practical experience to improve theoretical knowledge and understand why certain things happen. Then go to the site to carry out operations and improve one’s skill level. In this cycle, the learned and mastered theories are used to address and prevent abnormalities that occur during on-site operations.
