I don’t understand. It depends on your construction techniques! Personally, I think Wai Qi is simple. Why? Place it on the ground; the surface is flat and even, and the other areas can be adjusted before spot welding.
The diameter of a device is usually expressed as the inner diameter plus the wall thickness; using the inner diameter alone is considered more standard.
