Our company used shell-and-tube heat exchangers in the past, with tubes made of Hastelloy B3. After 6 years of use, several of these tubes corroded and started leaking. We now want to order Hastelloy B3 tubes from a company in the United States, but the lead time for ordering is 42 weeks. Production cannot be delayed; 316L pipes can be used as a temporary substitute, but they will only last for 2 months. Our materials are highly corrosive at high temperatures. I now want to use a new type of enamel-coated plate condenser. Dear sea friends, who has used this new type of heat exchanger? Or can anyone suggest some other alternative methods? Thank you! !
The new type of lined enamel-plate condenser can withstand high temperatures and corrosion; however, the temperature of the medium should not change too drastically! ! ! ! !

60% sulfates, 140°C – only Hastelloy B3 material can be used.
Is the pressure high? What about graphite if it’s not that high?

I’m not sure what the diameter of the owner’s pipes is; silicon carbide pipes could be used
