What are the impacts on the operation control of the distillation column after the circulation is stopped in System 2 of the distillation column?
Without excessive load, the upper load increases accordingly.
The circulation flow rate in Unit 1 needs to be increased, and the heat exchangers that rely on Unit 1 as a heat source must be adjusted；
The thermal load of the distillation tower needs to be adjusted; the heat extraction load from the middle oil slurry stream should be increased to prevent excessive load on the upper section, which would make it difficult to extract heavy diesel fuel (circular oil) from the second middle stage, thereby indirectly affecting the temperature of the cooling medium in the corresponding heat exchange process.
Be cautious when stopping this dual-loop system! !
