Pounding of Class A gas pipelines

Hello, Gao Gong. In my 5000L reactor, the liquid reactant is a Class A liquid that is used in the reaction. Gas emitted from this Class A liquid exists in the vent pipes during the reaction. Since the vent pipes here are blocked, is it possible to use a hammer to strike the pipes in order to clear them (as the pipes cannot be disassembled)?
Hammers are not suitable; at the very least, a blast-resistant copper hammer should be used. If there is a solid blockage, it can be heated with steam, while if it’s due to polymerization, the component needs to be removed and blown clean
Since the hammer does not make contact with the inside, the material shouldn’t explode, right?
