I’m in trouble now. I don’t know who prepared the environmental impact assessment report, although it passed the review. But it differs greatly from the reality, and the environmental protection authorities insist on it. In the same industry, there is no separation of low-boiling compounds; they all end up in the product, and no dedicated distillation tower is used for separating them. The environmental report indicates the generation of low-boiling substances, which are treated as solid waste; we do not have access to these low-boiling substances, so we need to apply for a change in the material balance.
Currently, an application for a change is being submitted, with actual production data provided to the environmental protection authorities.
Some environmental assessment firms often encounter such problems; our firm is no exception either – there are materials that appear in the production process but are not actually present in the products
Extraction and washing should be effective for low-boiling substances
There’s nothing like that in the industry at all; the purity of the finished product can reach over 99.5%.
