As the title suggests, my current position is property manager; I have to deal with homeowners on a daily basis, explaining various issues and collecting property fees. I want to change jobs, and I’ve already found one – as a lobby manager in a hotel. The probation period starts as a cleaner, lasting one week. The salary there is higher than that of a property manager, but I’m not sure how to make my choice. Please give me some advice

The position of concierge starts with cleaning tasks, with a one-week trial period – what the hell is this? Does the other party really need a concierge? These are all difficult tasks to handle; stepping outside might lead you into another pit of trouble – a new environment, new colleagues, a new boss. One needs to be mentally prepared for that.
