Original poster, take a close look at the thickness limits for Q235B when used as a shell. SW6 was developed in accordance with the relevant standards, so there’s nothing strange about that. The overload condition indicates that this material cannot be used; the poster should opt for other materials instead.
This comes from the thickness restrictions for the cylinder walls of pressure vessels made of Q235B as specified in GB150.2
