The duties of a technician mainly include monitoring the process (the status of valves), checking for leaks, examining the temperature, pressure, and liquid level at the site, as well as ensuring proper insulation, heating, drainage, and anti-freezing measures are in place. Additionally, the technician must observe whether there are any improper or incorrect actions taken by the team members. The duties of a equipment operator mainly include: lubrication of pumps and machinery, sealing, monitoring of bearing temperatures, checking the operation of pump shafts, monitoring pump outlet pressure, ensuring proper insulation of the equipment, detecting signs of corrosion, checking for any damage to foundations, platforms, and ladders, verifying the proper functioning of static electricity grounding systems, and maintaining cleanliness at the site. Check at an appropriate time whether there are any improper or incorrect actions by the team, and whether the filter elements are damaged and need to be replaced, etc. Safety officer: Employees’ behavior, personal protective equipment, fire protection facilities, and gas protection facilities.
As a technician, according to the assigned responsibilities, one is accountable for process operation, energy conservation and consumption reduction, equipment operation, start-up and shutdown management, the status of on-site processes, on-site operational conditions, and overall operational status; each aspect of on-site management includes recording, daily operations, and handling of abnormalities
