Steel cylinders containing 1000 kg of liquid chlorine in the plant cannot be transported using forklifts; what is a safer way to transport them? When pouring the liquid, how can we ensure that the liquid chlorine in the pipeline does not vaporize and leak out? Thank you!
Transport by small pickup truck. :Lol, have the manufacturer deliver it directly to your location of use when unloading it. . . When transporting a 1-ton liquid chlorine cylinder, ensure that the shock-absorbing rings are in place. Close the valve properly when pouring the bottle, and wear protective gear.

It’s really nothing. We used 1-ton liquid chlorine cylinders before. The materials are all transported to the warehouse by hazardous materials trucks (which is also a production area), where workers use electric cranes to lower them down; rubber buffers are placed underneath to absorb any direct impacts, and then they are lifted onto the carburetor to install the liquid chlorine cylinders. I’ve never seen anything as complicated as yours. . . :lol
