Found online: Those who pass the Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Examination are issued a \"Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Certificate\" printed and stamped in accordance with standards set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, by the human resources (professional reform) departments of various provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government. This certificate is valid nationwide. A registration system is in place for intermediate and junior qualifications in economics. The validity period of the qualification is generally 5 years. Upon the expiration of the validity period, the holder must proactively go to the issuing authority to complete the registration procedures as required. Economists are entitled to certain benefits in accordance with **regulations, which are paid to them on a monthly basis by their employers. It consists of post allowance, expenses for books and newspapers, transportation costs (also known as car expenses), etc. Upon retirement at the retirement age, a pension is paid at 10% above the salary standard at the time of retirement (however, those retiring with a salary of 100% or whose pension exceeds 100% after the increase will not receive any further payment).
