The intelligent integrated turbine flowmeter can display the total flow rate, instantaneous flow rate, and the percentage of flow saturation. It allows for the setting of fixed pressure and temperature parameters to compensate for gas variations; in situations where pressure and temperature parameters do not change much, this flowmeter can be used for fixed-compensation accumulation. When using and maintaining intelligent integrated turbine flowmeters, the following points should be noted: 1. During use, the liquid being measured should be kept clean, free of impurities such as fibers and particles. Before starting use, the sensor should be slowly filled with liquid first, and then the outlet valve should be opened; it is strictly prohibited to expose the sensor to high-speed fluid flow when it is empty of liquid. 2. The maintenance cycle is generally half a year. During maintenance and cleaning, be careful not to damage the components inside the measurement chamber, especially the impeller. During assembly, pay close attention to the positional relationship between the guide elements and the impeller. 3. When not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned, protective covers should be placed at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering, and it should then be stored in a dry place. 4. The filter used during operation should be cleaned regularly; when not in use, the liquid inside it should be cleaned as well. Similar to the sensor, it should be covered with a dust cover and stored in a dry place. The transmission cable can be installed overhead or buried (an iron pipe should be used when buried). 5. Before installation, first connect the wires to the display instrument or oscilloscope, supply power, and blow on or manually rotate the impeller to make it spin rapidly in order to check for any indication; only after an indication is observed should the sensor be installed. If it is not displayed, the relevant components should be checked to eliminate the fault.
