Registration was completed directly on the China Personnel Examination Website, and the fees were also paid. Is it still necessary to go through the preliminary review at the Chengdu Engineers Association? The fees have already been paid; what if the initial review is unsuccessful? Wouldn’t that mean the money was spent in vain?
According to the requirements in the exam registration documents, it is either reviewed by the local exam center or subject to post-qualification verification.
