Can the boiler ignition oil pump and the daily-use oil tank be placed together?

The boiler capacity is small, so only oil for ignition is considered for now. Initially, a 1-cubic meter oil tank and two fuel supply pumps are selected. 1. Can the oil pump and oil tank be placed in the same room? 2. Are there any fire separation requirements between this room and the boiler?
Design it yourselves; don’t hire a design firm to do it for you. Personal suggestion: They should not be placed in the same room; consideration should also be given to the distance between the oil discharge location and the boiler, as well as whether there are any partitions in between.
