The factory has always used vacuum to transfer materials into the reactor; now it wants to switch to using pumps. What kind of pumps do you guys use? Are there any recommended pneumatic pumps with a better starting pressure that isn’t too high? Are you using fixed pipes? We replace our products quite frequently, which is a bit troublesome. If a pneumatic pump is used, does the compressed gas need to be dried? Recommend a drying device for me
It can be used, as pneumatic pumps also draw in vacuum; it depends on the flow rate and pressure. You can ask for air that is dry; desiccants are available in large quantities, and techniques such as mild heat regeneration are used, with silica gel being employed to absorb moisture – there’s no problem with that.
